The owner of the SKOOR.ME (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Tooming Solutions OÜ (registry code 12074601), located at Lepa 12, Tartu, Estonia, 50705.
Match Credits and Competition Credits
Match Credits and Competition Credits are referred to as Credits.
Validity of contract of sale, Credits and price information
Credits can be used on the online store. The conditions of sale apply to purchases of Credits from the online store. The prices of the Credits sold in the online store are indicated next to the amount Credits on the Purchase page.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
On the Purchase page, clicking on the number of Credits you want to buy will redirect to the payment provider. Payment provider accepts payments in euros. Payment can be made via an online bank transfer or using another payment method. After completing the payment client will receive the number of Credits selected on Purchase page.
Credits are shipped to the account immediately after completing the payment successfully.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the Credits, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
The purchaser may not necessarily have the right of withdrawal; in such a case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) in the Law of Obligations Act.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered Credits in any way. Functionality of the skoor.me application can be tested in the free Test Match provided on signup.
If the Credits have been used, the online store has the right to decline from the withdrawal.
To return the Credits, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal (the form for which can be found here: declaration of withdrawal) to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the Credits.
The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the Credits which includes the fees of the payment provider.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending Credits to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the payment service provider in order to deliver the Credits.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by contacting the online store via e-mail address email@example.com indicating their desire to receive direct mail. The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
